My suggestion is that you take the following approach
- Sympathise with her about her predicament but tell her that you don’t have that sort of money available for a loan
- Tell her about the Seeking Arrangement and Only Fans websites and let her know that many good looking girls have used these websites to get obtain some extra money especially during the last couple of years as a result of lockdown etc.

You will have to decide how to proceed based on her reaction when you explain what the two websites offer. If she shows some interest you can then offer her help with setting herself up and at the appropriate time put yourself forward as someone who would be interested in giving her money in exchange for sexual services. You do have to be very careful on how you handle the conversation and be prepared to back off immediately if you get any sort negative signals. Exactly we do not know this woman, she's contacted OP out the blue after a year for all we know she could be contacting various people to finesse.
