Little rant - “available today”

Not every punt can be planned in advance… sometimes a little spontaneity occurs…

So… when someone advertises “available today” why the devil do you not get a response to a phone call/text/aw message from some SP’s?!

Anyone else get this or am I just massively disorganised and destined to resort to pornhub?

I’d be guessing but I think some maybe disorganised and some may get so many calls that together with their time in meets during the ‘available’ period they find it hard to respond to all. And some probably don’t give a fuck as they aren’t around the area for any length of time. I get the spontaneity thing but I generally find greater success in forward planning my meets.

Im not a fan of spontaneous punts. Done a couple and afterwards wished id seen somebody id wanted to see rather than someone just for the sake of it. I find doing research on here is a must for a decent time

I only ever do maximum a few hours notice, I never plan punts in advance. I agree though. I've had some listed Avaliable Today but when I messaged early they said they aren't working today, or only working from some time much later in the evening.

I'm not 100% sure (maybe SP can correct me) but I remember seeing somewhere you have to pay to mark yourself available today, and I know for a fact some SP's are listed AT despite not having logged in for several days so I'm guessing maybe AW let you buy a whole week AT for discount and they still leave it up even when they aren't working.

Sometimes they have no intention of ever meeting anyone. It's not personal, it's just their MO.

If they  are members of the AW group AdultWorksFinestPerformers:Award Winning Members there is a very good chance you'll get blanked.

They seem to use "available today" as a way to draw people in to sell the Private Gallery.

Probably many reasons but this was one I was given:

“I have enough credits on AW from selling PG and movies, I can afford to put AT on every day that I am working. It increases visibility for future booking inquiries and/or if I get a cancellation, I can accommodate someone who calls same day via AT. I may not benefit on a given day but it doesn’t matter”

I suppose you would also have to define 'your' response time?

It’s because they pay to show they are “available” £5 a day but get discount for larger subscription, most will pay monthly to show available now and just leave the green light on for the month within the profile set working hours ..
 I know this because Jessica (Leicester) rom. Told me she paid a year in advance as it reduced the cost dramatically and she left the light on when she went back home for few weeks by accident and when she turned her phone back in had 1000s of texts etc

On AW, I just change the advanced setting to "logged on in the last week"
Then just look for who has logged on today in the profiles

Some good points raised above! Sometimes the stars align and I get the opportunity at the same time as I’m in the mood and then it’s annoying when it doesn’t happen. Its times like these I really miss a (fairly) reliable place like New Escape in Derby!
