The main negative (apart from not being Indian, which I suspected would be the case anyway) was when I requested a final shower she made me hide in there while the following punter arrived. She let me out after a while, but it could have been better managed.
I was on my way there when, about 30 mins before my booking, I got a text saying that she had received a one hour booking at the same time as me and would no longer see me
