Ok the point has been covered in many other threads (hint to OP) but worth noting:

Get a sleeping pill prescription if you want to last longer in bed. You should get a nice lie in.

Avoid going down the benzodiazepine route  :)

They used to prescribe temazepam, which reduces anxiety as well as helping sleep. But apart from being very effective and slightly addictive, some clinical and anecdotal (patient report) evidence does suggest it decreases sexual arousal. So best avoided pre-punt days (together with any other drug that ends with something like ‘...azepam’ — all benzos.) Also goes for Valium (diazepam) and the most anti-anxiety pills. A friend who tried Prozac for a while said they felt “totally disconnected from anything waist down”.

Zolpidem is the most commonly prescribed, and more effective for many people than zopiclone (which can make some people feel a bit disorientated). No point in taking them every night though as the effectiveness wears off then and you would need bigger doses and so on.

Probably it’s interacting for you just to just about right just now but although it’s an mild SSRi I wouldn’t personally encourage any friends to take it except for emergency depression. Serious side effects man take care it can fuck with your head, good luck!

What I do and I've mentioned it before on a similar post to this  one and was  recommend by her and it seemed to work is.
1: boot lace
2:poppers
Tie the lace round the base of my dick and do it fairly tight but not to tight and it helps delay the circulation and slow me from cumming and take poppers to.it leads to a great fuck all of over the place and I can pound the fuck out of her.
