Not being able to access the site

Every other time I try to access UKP, it tells me that my server has been blocked due to trolls. I try a day later and I'm straight in.

Any idea what is going on here and how I can remove the issue?

You get that message when using a vpn ,

Is it on a specific device that this happens ?

Or when tryng to access from abroad or hotels too I think

At home on my laptop. I will check my VPN and see if that makes a difference. Thanks
