There is some sense in what you say. My view, for what it's worth, is that the OP is fully entitled to state his view openly and honestly and the SP like anyone accused of something bad has the right to put her side in her defence so that everyone else can form their own opinion on whether or not to see the SP in future. What doesn't help is everyone else piling in and starting a muck slinging session which winds up the SP to retaliate in like manner and produces a thread the length of this one which to my mind benefits no one. Or am I being naive?
I think you are being somewhat naive, if you look at the way the thread has gone she has brought a lot of criticism on herself. She didn't really answer the question on how long she had a bush then she tried to divert away from herself with - " I deffo think a power shower would be a good idea it would benefit some clients" - further comments about punter's hygiene followed. Had she apologised for how the punter found the booking, explained she had never had such issues in the past but would make doubly sure it didn't happen again, she would've got very different responses.
