Do you react to slightly "off" attitude? Or am I a grumpy old git?

Had a couple of examples recently where there has been a trace of attitude in the comms and I have just said fuck it and moved on.

These involve AW emails which I would not use in 95% of cases, normally only book if I can phone them.  However I have ensured by asking some regulars that I have some excellent AW feedback.

First one on an RB where the girl had one picture on the profile that showed very little - she had also emailed me.  I was interested enough to send a very politely worded email in reply saying that the photos on the profile were insufficient for me to decide.  Got back (in my view) a stroppy email that her profile showed more than mine!  WTF I am not the one charging for my body! Deleted bid and email and moved on.

In another case I had very unusually booked well in advance and via AW.  She said in an email that she would give the postcode when I booked so I used the booking system.  I then asked for the postcode so that I could plan the day and got a response saying location on the profile.  Well yes but pretty vague so I reminded her that they said she would send postcode - which she did.  However this grumpy old git was feeling less like meeting so when a work thing changed I decided with several days notice to cancel.  Got an email back saying next time just ring the day before to book!  Again WTF!  There will not be a next time.

Am I being overly sensitive?  I think I am paying top dollar for an hour with a girl who cannot earn decent money elsewhere.  My feedback shows I am genuine.  Surely not unreasonable to see what you are paying for. I would have thought booking in advance would be helpful.  Ironically I cancelled partly due to a customer of mine needing to move a meeting - I was polite, understanding and accommodating to them!

No Red Kettle you are an experienced punter and sense it will be a bad one, these things come with experience do not ever ignore the gut with these things you know I'm right !

Imagine some girl is trying to put into your head you are a grumpy git, imagine you have been listening/reading to to many prossie winge's elsewhere and mind has been poisoned to think your judgement is wrong !

Your money, yet many of these hoes think we are there to please them, doesn't help with punters jumping through all their hoops and tolerating rudeness, thank fuck there are some without attitude or put 100s of obstacles in the way, all i want is simplicity !

Totally agree - there's no reason why a WG should be any less polite than a hotel receptionist, hairdresser, shop assistant or whatever. On the other hand it's quite useful if they give away their real attitude before you hand over any money!

Simple for me, ANY hint of a bad attitude on the phone when I enquire or afterwards and I go elsewhere. A WG should be polite and friendly and if any cant do that before they have my cash how bad might they be after they have it is my logic.

I accepted an rb from a lass once ... 3 hours in a hotel so after all agreed I asked her what she liked to drink and I'd get some in .... she replied "it's a fuck not a date" .... we didn't go any further ... sometimes it doesn't pay to be nice ... However, unlike some on here, I am not in the slightest bothered by profiles with no face pic, or in fact no pics at all.

If a shop window does not display what I want to buy, I move on to a shop that does. I don't get all ranty about the first shop calling them all the names under the sun. I don't see the point?

Good phone/email etiquette is essential to good customer service. I've often made snap decisions when calling a WG to end the conversation and move on because their attitude stank. Sometimes when it's a good natured maid and I get to the location and see a bored looking face that doesn't make an effort to smile or engage me when entering, I also make a snap decision which has lead to me walking a few times. The punter is paying and the least a WG can do is act happy to see us otherwise she shouldn't be doing this job and scamming the punter. So yes it starts with the first mode of communication.

Its not just white knight fan boys and fluffies, its also other punters who have punted with these WGs before and are perhaps regulars or semi-regulars and ARE prepared to jump through hoops to see them.

But your point about we should feel honoured that they deign to punt with you is a good one. I am the service buyer and its my way or the highway, I don't jump through hoops to get a punt, its utterly ridiculous to me.

I once messaged KDD and I can only say she had excellent comms. However - something that i do not think has been mentioned is she changes her prices. One day I saw them at £300 and then back down to original price. This seemed to happen by the hour. I can imagine a mix up when a punter books her for one price she changes it and then there being a huge confusion.

If any WG shows a disinterested or poor attitude when I make contact to book them, then I would not proceed in booking them. Also a WG that gives a vague answer when I e-mail them querying something, suggests a lack of interest in seeing me. Again I would just move on.

Speaking directly to the WG is great for gauging whether she has an interest in seeing you, or in doing the services that you want. E-mails and texts don't do anything, as you can never tell whether the girl genuinely means it, or is just giving you a gimmick.

I have certainly become less tolerant as I have got older, spot on about WGs, once they have crossed the rubicon into selling sex for cash they should view it as providing a service, NOT ripping or trying to rip punters off. Thankfully UKP is here to help punters.

You seem very reasonable to me. I do not tolerate any attitude from hookers and I do not respond politely to any arsey remark they make. These hookers forget they are there to please punters.
