I'm a long time lurker (I even read NIK's book!) but don't recall a thread like this.

As per the thread title, I was wondering if anyone has been refused service by a WG or heard of it happening to another punter? And if so, what was the reason given?

I don't really have a problem with girls stating in their profile who they aren't prepared to meet, providing its transparent and polite - age being an example. There was a hotty on swinging heaven about 5 years ago based in Bristol who would fuck anyone except welsh men. Apparently didn't like the accent. As per another thread, I had NaughtyNewNicole turn me down, on the grounds that my very vanilla e-mail msg was "arrogant". She was highly recommended on here, I sent her a msg, got no reply, so (after a few days, and having seen it had been read) sent another one saying I was disappointed not to hear back. She sent mea long, rambling reply, full of mis-spellings and weird grammar - not sure if she's English - with stuff about how she'd recently had a bad experience, she  helps men who aren't confident, and with the 'arrogant' accusation, and saying she wouldn't see me. Now, bearing in mind the glowing reports from others, I'm guessing that she may have had a bad experience which coloured her perception of incoming mails, t the point where she was seeing stuff that wasn't there. Or maybe i _am arrogant.

I'm not bothered though, as with Sir Frank, don't want to see anyone who doesn't want to see me.

Yes, three times I have approached a wg on AW and been refused:

Once because I said I wanted DFK, and she was only prepared to offer a half inch of tongue between clenched lips
Once because she said I was too old (apparently she had a 50 limit)
Once for no stated reason (although I suspect age again)

I must confess that I have several times wondered whether, if we can satisfactorily identify a wg, we can summon her before the Equal Opportunities Tribunal and ask for compensation for hurt feelings when we are refused on either age or racial grounds.
