The risk of catching HIV from protected sex and OW is very low. For other STDs like gonorrhoea and chlamydia, I don’t think a girl would work if she had symptoms. For their own health, you would think a sex worker would get tested regularly in case they catch something that doesn’t show symptoms. The ones I worry about are herpes and HPV which can be transmitted just from skin contact. If you’re into TS, you can get a free HPV vaccine at clinics as a “man who has sex with men” if you’re 45 or under. All you can do is presume they are infected with something, do some research on STDs and take the necessary precautions.

That's a bit of a leap.

Prep will be widely used in the TS Sex worker community. That doesn't follow that all that take it will offer bareback.

Also often the prescription of Prep often comes with a commitment to regular testing, and if you are getting tested for HIV why wouldn't you get tested for other things too. The concern would more come with Prep that isn't prescribed and testing is done seperately.

I was just stating that the one's that say they are on prep seem relaxed about other testing.  But you are right, if the Prep is prescribed then they will need to be tested unless they obtain medication through other means.
