Marmalade an interesting question. As far as my own experience I recall it came after the great porno explosion availability on the Net. Marketing by SP's now offering or calling their services PSE (Porn Star Experience) ‎Thus later on another term GFE became prevailent by other SP's who didnt wish to do the more explicit things we all saw in porn.
I may be way out but for me it was well into 2000's before I really noticed it being widely advertised and I've punted for almost half century.  ‎

Personally I've found the categorisation "PSE" less than helpful since it may include or not include many features of an encounter with a SP according to their tastes and may thus mislead the punter. I saw Amber Coast 3 years ago so she's been around for a while, have you ever thought it might have been more than 6 months ago when he saw her, so he couldn't review even if he wanted to but the comment he made on the other thread was useful information.

How about giving the newbies a bit of encouragement, even if they do start 'unusual' threads, instead of following them around the forum demanding reviews. The OP may turn out to be a useful contributor, once he's got a bit used to the site, if given the chance.
