I wouldn't necessarily bet on that, although it can be a lottery with these places as providers that apparently offer extras in my area (Herts/Beds) have only given a legit massage.
Yet a place I've visited in Hatfield, which admittedly is not in Essex, has a Facebook page, a glossy website takes Wowcher vouchers and I've also seen at least one woman attending. So very much like the place you mention.
Yet I've had an excellent HE twice.
At worst you'll get a decent massage and if your lucky more.
