Reporting Dangerous WG ???

Hi ,apart from warning other punters on here ,is there a scheme where clients can tell police about Dangerous  WG behaviour anonymously?
The past few weeks I've had 3 different  WG ,same area and all know each other put some liquid in their mouth before performing  owo . When quizzed on this say said it's nothing however I felt as if I'd be drugged . North east England.
Any similar issues or advice ?thanks
