If you do a Google search for the number in the advert 07786 744110 you find a number of reviews from as far back as 2006 - all for different oriental or thai girls - all based off Chesterfield Road.  And the advertiser has been putting adverts on Vivastreet since 2013.  So I think that it's a legitimate advert, but who knows if the girl will match the photos in the advert - to my mind there could be two different girls in the photos anyway?  That phone number has been associated with different thai girls from the same area for at least 10 years.
Why don't you give her a call, and if the conversation goes well, then try a half hour and report back - I'm tempted to TOFTT myself.

Alternatively, with that length of service, someone else on here must remember and report back?

It does look like the same place. I've been once when it was called Mirage and wasn't impressed, but I have read reviews that said the opposite so it really is luck of the drawer, the maid was gorgeous though.
