That's unfortunately not for you to decide. The rules have been relaxed for a back-log of up to 12 months for new members.
A lot could have happened to a person in; a week, a month, and a year. That argument is absurd and non-sensical. Life isn't exactly black and white.

Agency WG's usually always appear & disappear multiple times a year.
And while I won't defend the OP's lack/quality of review, I will however defend that aged reviews aren't pointless.
Before joining this site, I would always search any review of any WG's whether it was posted a year ago or a month ago and I would always take that into consideration before making my ultimate decision of visiting her.
