have you tried contacting any girls more recently? These threats usually come from enquiries which weren't answered at the time by the girls, but usually happen within a couple of weeks. Threats after two years is something new

Sounds very much like scam. Have you ever had escorts visit you at home?
If the answer is yes when was this and have you ever had an escort come to your house and you didn’t open the door to her?

If the answer is no to the above just ignore it.

Yes, it's blackmail and intimidation and needs reporting.
I had a similar thing via email a few years back, reported the incident to the police who did respond by phone
and confidentially. Then deleted the email(s).
The poor English in your text is a clue, it's a fishing trip sent to hundreds (or more).
The perpetrator knows that most will ignore it but some won't.

I received one a month ago from Frank. He read out the text message I sent verbatim. I recognised the messages that were sent to one particular girl called Larysa that I met In Milton Keynes. He sent there name, sort code and account number to make payment.

I did not make payment, but still have the details on my phone.
