Yes, although the issue with HPV isn't getting HPV, (of which most strains are symptomless) it's getting it in your mouth/throat which can cause an increased risk of oropharyngeal cancer (if you get certain strains).

HPV is only associated with oropharyngeal cancer (basically upper throat/very back of mouth) and I'm pretty sure those cancers don't make up the majority of head & neck cancers, even if all oropharyngeal cancers were associated with HPV, which of course they aren't.
As for saying it's now the leading cause, just like in his other thread he provided no evidence for that currently being the case - only predictions made a few years ago. He was also unable to provide specific statistics or cite any studies which demonstrated his assertion, just a few links to opinion pieces and advice pages.
The main reason young girls and boys have been getting HPV vaccines is to provide herd immunity to protect against cervical cancer (which is the most strongly linked cancer to HPV and as far as I'm aware is still the bigger killer). Of course though protection against other cancers, particularly oropharyngeal is definitely also a big part of it but it's not the main/primary reason.
Nonetheless, it's definitely a good thing. And if you you are still in your early 20s or younger, you should definitely get vaccinated (regardless of how much you have sex).
Anyway, back to the punt, he's said he's never done OWO but he managed to get CIM in this punt. I presume this means he either did it from a distance or fed it to her. Also, he seems to have fucked her with a strap on (as well as other toys), which is rather odd for a guy, unless he was just referring to a "stap on condom" but I don't think he was - I think he's referred to both at various points in this thread.
No bareback is never taken into consideration because i would not dream of doing it. If a person lists that i always wear a condom and then a strap on over that.Double protection. Would never do just condom protection alone in such a situation.
Either you made a mistake when writing or that or I don't understand what you mean. Having googled it, I presume you mean you wearing two condoms, one normal one and then a "strap on condom2 on top. I'm pretty sure, regardless of what types of condoms you use, using two is is much more unsafe than wearing one as it increases the risk of both tearing due to friction etc.
This is basic stuff and it's bad that you haven't researched it properly or sought professional advice.
I don`t go into the small detail in my reviews however cleanliness and hygiene is a bit of a fetish. Flavored condoms on for oral,strap ons and dental dams and several damp cloths to hand - bleach & dettol .The lady is thus now cleaner and healthier than before she met me !

This is clearly not only way over the top but actually counter-productive and harmful. You're clearly obsessed but you're obsessed about things you know very little about.
If you'd done your research properly you would find that using antiseptics like Dettol does not work to prevent STIs. The evidence is a bit mixed as I think some small benefits have been suggested but for the most part it either does nothing or even has negative effect - due to the irritation the antiseptics cause to the skin, making it easier for some micro-orgainsms to infect you. No sexual health professional recommends the use of Dettol (or similar products) and in the fact they advise against using it. It's a similar thing with using mouthwashes after doing RO, it just doesn't work to prevent STIs (although mouthwashes are even less effective).
As for the bleach, what the hell are you using that for? If you use that on skin or accidentally get a little on yourself then that's definitely going to do more harm than good, including increasing your likelihood of getting infected.
