Creating a new page on PuntingWiki (edging)

I want to start a new page in the London section of the PuntingWiki to include a summary of WGs who provide the "Edging" service.

I can see that I can edit a page, but don't seem to have permissions to create a new page - or else I am silly and just not seeing the button.

Just post a link to the new page on a parent page.  post like this for example
