I first tried like many in my youth raving in the early 90s.... always too much for me then but usually I was already on something or other by then.

I first tried them in sex last year, when a regular wg offered them as part of a punt. I must say I really enjoy using them now, but not in every meet I have. I find that it can make orgasms harder and last longer, and for me it’s allowed me to get into anal play on me which was always a no go before due to the pain.

As said some give headaches and some are just to strong where you loose your hard on, but I too have stuck with liquid gold as my preference, which for me has no major impacts.

I’ve took poppers for most of a punt from start to finish and for just the endings.... I personally find it better to fuck and get the blood flowing first then taken some as you relax and let the wg blow you till completion.... gives me mega cum shots

Can you keep taking another hit continuously once the high wears off or is there a certain length of time to wait in between. Is it possible to overdose or over do it by taking too big a sniff or having too many hits in a short period.

Ive tried googling but there is no information on this on any of the main educational sites which is unusual.

It does drop blood pressure, so best to give some time between hits, exactly how much I can't say. That's not my field. But better to err on the side of caution and leave an hour plus (if in good health) before taking another hit.

While the psychological effect may wear off quickly, the deeper physiological effect may take more time. Hard to know as there aren't really studies on it.

there have been records of people dying from use of poppers, however the circumstances are poorly documented

Thanks for the advice. Ive been going again fairly quickly after the high wears off so ill tone it down!

Too frequent and you lose the high, but it can be a buzz to keep on going, especially if you're in a sub role and the SP is in charge.

If you're really going for it, you might end up with blue lips, which is a sign that you're low on oxygenation. I've had this a couple of times, and it was readily resolved by some fresh air. But that's been when I've been taking a multiple hits with 30-60 seconds between each one over 15-20 minutes as part of a full-on sub session. In my case, quickly spotted by the SP and dealt with. But all other times, even full-on use hasn't been a problem.

Keep a eye on your lips... if they turn purple/ blue colour you have had enough.

Just take it slowly... you build a tolerance as you go

think you are confusing nitrous oxide with helium... N2O doesn't give you a high pitched voice.

but on a broader reply... I would categorise Nitrous Oxide alongside poppers. Mildly interesting but very short lived... Nitrous Oxide more enjoyable from personal experience. As many have said here, Poppers just gave me a mild rush and a headache. My personal opinion is that our brains are all wired differently as to how much we may or may not enjoy a substance. Hence some people will snort cocaine until it rots their septum, and yet for others its rather "meh"

Once, years ago on a one of my first SP visits and before I got the "bug" a year or two ago, I saw a wanna be domme (Mistress Lindsey of Staines) and mid-way during the meet she produced a small vial of something (which I now know to have been a popper) and told me to take a good sniff of it. Oops, apols. Yes, it's helium which makes your voice go high-pitched.

As for NO (nitrous oxide), that's laughing gas. Deep breaths of that will get you high/out of it, which is kind of how its pain relief effect works (in pregnancy etc). It also lowers inhibitions and can bring on an emotional response (hence the laughing). Or in my case, in the back of an ambulance with a badly broken leg, crying like a baby with frustration after snorting the stuff. Until snorting the NO I was holding it together...honest...

The only time I've seen Poppers in use was with a MMF encounter when the other guy was into them.

If you've never had a problem and you're in good health. No reason not to.

Just may be worth discussing with a doctor, GP or clinic doc about possible complications if you're not 100%. If it's all good and gravy, no reason not to indulge just avoid it being too often as that could cause issues.

as I understand it, the biggest risk with poppers is with adulterants being used - there have been a fair number of reports from the USA of bottles or ampoules containing petrol
not sure to what extent thats a risk here.
However, personally my knowledge of the chinese chemical industry (where it all comes from) is enough to prevent me even thinking about using the stuff. The risk of product substitution is just too high

I love taking poppers and probably do so most days. Get them from the sex shop in Blackpool, about £13 a bottle but well worth the price.

Had a great experience last year at massage parlour in Manchester. I asked if it was ok to take. She had never seen them before and wanted a sniff. In the space of a few mins she changed from demure masseuse to horny vixen then wanted another sniff 5 mins later.

Was visiting a new SP around 6 months ago for a sex and fetish session basic stuff like face sitting, rimming, ws, edging, mild cbt and just before we started she asked if I wanted to try poppers. She opened a bottle and put it to my nose and said sniff hard. Well I gave a big sniff and pow, it was like my head had opened into another sexual dimension. Everything took on an intense sexual feel and I felt lots of inhibitions dropping. Things that were merely pleasurable before now were intense. It soon wears off after a couple of minutes but several sniffs throughout the session meant the experience went to another level. It totally clears by the end of the session. Now I check with SP’s if they mind me taking poppers and I’ve discovered that quite a few have their own supply for punters if they want them.
Anyway if you are tempted then I would advise reading up on them on the internet where there is loads of advice. Main thing seems to be never to take them together with Viagra or other such medicine. But definitely do your research if you want to try it.
