London punting in 2017

When I started there were so many wgs to see who provided  a full on pse service for under 150 notes. Now when I look through awank I am seeing much less that floats my boat.

As a consequence it's either back to seeing girls I have already seen which isn't my preferred punting plan,or throw in more wildcards with questionable results.

Perhaps it's just me,maybe I am getting jaded as a punter and am no longer spotting the gems on awank,thoughts welcome!

You've pretty much summed up my thoughts. My HL has 9 ladies I have not seen and a handful of plan B and Cs that I have seen.

With money being tight I am less inclined to toftt but I will still try a few this year as the lesser known girls often give me the most outstanding punts.  The lack of talent for me personally is probably a blessing in disguise as it gives me more time to concentrate on things that really matter (health, future plans/investments etc ).

The lack of talent  also means I will do sonething I have never considered before: think about having my first 'regular(s)' .

There is some talent out there but a lot of it at the £150 mark. I am jealous of areas like West Kiss/Manc where quality punts can still be had for 100-120/hour (good lookers + good service)

Spot on analysis C&B, my punting time this year so far is severely limited and I can't find a girl I really fancy to fill the available time, London right now is like a party where the booze has run out.

Agree with you all. Most girls i now add to HL are charging £150, which is not what i would have paid even last year. The reality is with lower sterling it's less of an attractive proposition for new talent. That's the way it is - we'll have to punt less or pay more.

Agreed C&B.  I'm sticking to regs which I know doesn't suit everyone as a way of punting, but at least I know what I'm getting! There is an absolute dearth of new, top quality, filthmongers. By which I mean no holes barred, complete enthusiasm (at least a high level of pretence) and practically everything (safe) available.

Don't be too jealous of Manchester. There are decent punts to be had, but new talent is very thin on the ground which is why I'm always on the lookout for girls on tour.

Let's just say I don't have much of a plan this year - some returns but these will be spread out as I'm not keen on seeing the same girls too often.

IMO, sites like A/W have become more diluted, over time. This is where sites like, UKP and UKE can help punters, in the long run.

I've noted, over the last several years. That this time of year, has shown in London (at least). That, with some W/G traveling, spending time with families and taking breaks etc, thus not working. Setting up a punt, may take more effort (time and research wise).

So far in 2017, I've tried to, and or, had contact with, 9 different W/G. Due to an number of different reasons, I ended up punting 4 times, out of the 9 attempts. And with mixed results, I may post reviews at a later date.

Don't get me wrong, it would be great to, just pick up a phone and book, with out issue. But its not always, that simple and I try not to get frustrated about it. Some days (IMO), its better to wait for and use those punting funds, another day. Thus calling time, on that day search for punt. As jumping in desperation can, in some cases lead to a poor punt (experience can be, a harsh teacher).

You are right but the problem is that quite often for me the window of opportunity, and the real urge,to punt appear on the day itself.

It's then punting phone out of the draw, onto awank at lunch to try and book for that same evening, varied results follow!

I do not think you can rule out the law of diminishing returns - if I can call it that.

Sadly I've got nothing to add, but I'm here to learn a bit from the OG punters.

First started Punting last year. Had an awesome first few weeks, then ran into a burned out "party girl". (Full details in my negative review).

Kept going for about another month with better success. I guess I got what I wanted out of punting and took a break, now I'm back on it.

Never considered that It could be possible to get burned out or run out of AW WG's options. There seemed to be a revolving door of choices.

There's nothing I can add that you probably don't already know. (Avoid backpage, or approach with caution).

A guy that I know is using a site where you find "Higher class"  girls for decent prices. They promote more of a wine and dine GFE thing.

Not really my thing (yet), but I'll find the website and post it, if you fancy it.

My hotlist has pretty much become an uninspirational "warm list" making my "already seen" list look more appealing.

A £150/hr punt has to be amazing for me to feel I have had vfm, so if that is going to be the average hourly rate, I can't see myself risking a punt with many new faces in 2017

As with most things, that generate ca$h. If there a way, to exploit, it. People sometime times find it.

Hence the need to research the choices, picked from it (IMO).

Punting some times is about taking a chance.

Had a punt lined up today but she cancelled as double booked. Plan B then put into operation...she cancelled too. Cant afford money wise to stick a pin in AW and pick anyone and end up with a shit punt. May have to re visit a couple of previous girls and become a "regular" not something i really want to do.

My go to is agency but prices have gone daft, look at this screenshot - 4 new, hot looking Russian birds coming in at £300, Anushka increased from £250 to £300 and one at p.o.a. which invariably means £350 plus, fucking ridiculous, the services list is severely limited on a few profiles too.

Historically I've happily paid £200 a girl, many in duos and generally had good service, that's as much as I want to spend. Danger is that the top £200 birds start creeping prices up and the shite £150 ones increase to £180/£200.

There is nothing I love more than a new to town hot Russian and would see all this new lot if they were £200, at these rates my not inconsiderable punting budget is staying firmly in my pocket. I hope the phones go dusty and they return to realistic levels because there is no way I'm funding Sergei and Olga's perceived increase in post Brexit expenses, or greed, cunts!

For me AW and the quality of punting has been getting worse for the last 2/3 years. This year looks dire. Going back about 5 years i couldn't keep up, there was so many good punts about. And they were £80 an hour full on GFE.  A good back up or even warm up was Soho for a £30 quick one. Sadly that place is practically finished.  Not in the £200/£300 bracket myself, so just look out now for the odd decent punt that comes up.

For me it has been the same. Lack of talent on AW. I tend to prefer English girls but there are not many new ones at the moment. I think for the next few months I will cut down a bit and just concentrate on one or 2 regulars and save up to pay off some of my debt which I have been bouncing off credit cards for the past year. So this may be a blessing in disguise.

Hamiltons: used to be able to pick blind and end up with a good looking girl that delivered. Now it's washed up porn stars, ex HoD girls who now think they are big time and girls that have been on the site for at least 3-4yrs.

What I have observed with regard to AW. Just recently the average advert page per day has tailed off, today it is 52 pages - used to be much higher. For the London region today there are 20 pages which are about the general averages I found in 2016. These 20 pages of profiles/adverts will remain constant over several weeks with very little significant additions.

It's greed. I've seen a couple of punters on here saying the fall in sterling means WGs have to hike prices up. It's bollocks. After the expected volatility for a few months, pound is 6-8% down on Euro, Zloty, Huf and Leu compared to early June. Hardly a lot and they're still making a decent living.

As has been said, the answer is hold firm, don't pay ridiculous prices and make their phones dusty.

I wouldn't want to be kicked out of the forum for making divisive political comments. But I certainly believe Brexit is not helping.

While I agree with an earlier comment that sterling hasn't actually weakened that much vs EE currency or euro, i think many EE workers come here wanting to stay here, and not just for the stronger currency / better rates. Whether you are a Brexiter or Remainer, London is seen as a great city - and if girls feel there is a smaller chance of staying here, they would not take the this to come on the margin.

It will end up squeezing consumers in the middle - a bit like London housing market. If you are ready to pay £250 upwards, whether you pay £250 or £350 is probably not a deal breaker. But if you are below the high net worth bracket, I suspect it's going to be the same story for longer.
