You are right , else she would increase the half hour fare to maybe £120.

Personally, I'm wary of a SP who incentivises the half hour meet. You can imagine a bit of chit chat to get to know each other better, she'll get you off, and then usher you into the shower somewhere between 20-25 minutes. Much more work required in an hour.
