Has anyone noticed there’s literally like no cash points now along the Queensway? The post office closed, which was the usual goto. And now inexplicably the two round the side of Boots have gone. The only one now is one that charges £1.50 for a withdrawal. Even the various supermarkets don’t have any. Is this a taste of high streets to come? Makes it a bit of a PITA to go punting there.

I know HSBC has gone, but thought Barclays next door to Bayswater station was still there, has that gone too?

There's a small Sainsburys down Westbourne Grove near the corner with Hereford Road, does that have a cash-point? Otherwise Paddington station is nearest.

Sign of the times.... 100% more and more disappearing from everywhere. At some point you'll see a need for girls to offer (some do) other ways of paying than good old fashioned cash.

It's getting like that everywhere, banks closing branches left, right and centre. There used to be no less that 10 ATM machines in my closest high street, now there are 2. Part of the ploy to force us all to go cashless.
