M4 Trans recommendations

Im driving from Buckinghamshire through Oxford and towards Bristol and wanted some recommendations. I can drive an hour north and south of the M4

What im looking for
1. Someone who is preferably less than 200 per hour
2. Gives good GFE
3. Prefer the more feminine white Brazilians
