I can use Tineye on sites like FridayAd but not on AW as the pictures are copyright protected. How do you get around that?

There’s lots of ways around that.  On Windows, my favourite is to just drag the image into Yandex image search.  Depending on your device YMMV.

My choices of reverse image search are in the following order.

First I try External Link/Members Only

Then External Link/Members Only

and followed lastly by External Link/Members Only

I've found that tineye finds very little these days. Yandex is the No.1 choice for me.

Also don't forget, the scammers reverse the image itself to fool searches.

And the scammers also try and stretch the image too to avoid detection. eg:-
