Just gave them a ring for you, definitely sounds a more "upmarket" place than most happy endings parlours. An english guy answered the phone and appointments compared to walk-ups are preferred.
I asked about HE and the guy chuckled and said that would have been to be something to talk to the girls about, he wouldn't know *wink* *wink*.
So from that I gather they do HR but less blatantly than somewhere like Siam Sauna. Probably just bring it up with the girl when you feel yourself getting the horn.
