Because the majority are heroin addicts. They can't spend money on computers etc.  and parlours won't take them on.
A good number of those that use needles have hepatitis 'C' which is common among heroin users that 'dig it'
There are lots of other related problems too so you are wise to keep away.

It's a shame for them but society at large doesn't want to spend any of the real money that it would take to help them . . .

This was my opinion of the place (when the question was last asked)

It looks like he is serious even after a warning from myself yesterday.
As this is a punter to punter information sharing forum i believe its a valid question from the OP.
So rather than talking reputation heres my first hand impression of both establishments.

- Bolton, Entrance is on a major road with access through 2 doors, open the first door & ring the bell/knock & wait for someone to answer the door while in full view of the queuing traffic.
Reception is grotty. Choose a girl & follow them through the girls changing rooms (very untidy) & upstairs trying your best not to touch anything for fear of bacteria.
Into the room (all grotty) or take a shower in the shared facility that has piss on the floor & a shower full of disposable razors.
Girl will disappear for a fag for about 5 mins, on her return discuss extras on offer (normally £20 for each but haggling will get you a reduction)
Down to business on a rickety bed, quality of service is prossie dependant.
Knock on the door or a bellow to show time up, shower if your feeling brave, down the stairs & back out onto the main road with the inevitable queuing traffic & the odd van horn honking at you   

- Bury, The most discussing shit hole i have ever had the displeasure to frequent, even driving past it when visiting la maison makes my stomach churn (went there once)

Don't think you're getting it Omarr. the message is to AVOID street girls, all are herion addicts, probably riddled with all sorts of STIs, will almost certainly offer unprotected sex (which may excite you but think of her herion addict boyfrind/pimp/pusher that spunked inside her half an hour before you and she wont have washed her cunt out)

I know the Piccadilly area as I simply enjoy discovering urban city life. Am not into taking risks but do love the thrills.

My strong advice is to avoid this area. It has girls walking around but all are paranoid seeking drugs and some ladyboys down there too. Pimps in old 80s cars around the corner. You would be slightly safer in the Cheetham Hill RLD than the town centre. I used to work in the area, there always seemed to be a few girls working & little police presence. I never picked up myself as there were quite a few CCTV cameras & also the prison is very close by. I regularly saw guys picking girls up though. p.s. Went to Arabesque in Bury for the first time about three weeks ago. Cleaner than I expected. agree with con-a-ser.. the days of picking up a good girl on the streets of whally or similar are long gone. Most girls now are on the internet or in parlours.
