You seem to be shifting your goalposts a bit!
And nothing in your original post ruling out smokers. This is why I never bother replying to such requests. Inevitably, when a suggestion is made that appears to meet the OP's requirements, the OP almost always rules it out as "not their type" or for some other reason not originally specified.

Just because my budget is £200 ph doesn't mean I'm going to pay £150 + extras for the same service I can get elsewhere. I see extras as hints to not ask for certain services as the SP isn't keen on them. If she was then they'd probably be standard. If that's the case then paying extra may deliver that extra service but not enthusiastically.
Smoking isn't always a deal breaker as some SPs smoke socially and that's usually what they put in their interview. This SP just put Yes which makes me think she smokes more frequently, which isn't always great where kissing is involved.
I gave my main criteria. Other criteria get applied along the selection and research process.
Maybe I'm just fussier than most, but I like to avoid disappointment.
