I had a first try of Cialas this weekend - I have to say I was very impressed.

20mg is too much, you should try 5mg or 10mg and get the same results

10mg is the the standard dose and usually what would be taken first.  If that didn’t work as expected, then upping the dose to 20mg is the usual next step.

2.5mg and 5mg are the daily doses.

As Scutty has advised, try generic Tadalafil as it's literally the exact same drug but for way cheaper.

I get the 20mg tablets and then split them, some come pre-scored and are easy to break, and a prescription of 24 can last me most if not a whole year.

I've been buying 50mg Sildenafil and splitting then in half with a pill splitter and 25mg seems to do the job, I know they say give it an hour but I can feel the effects starting after about 10 minutes with the flushed face etc
I also take a couple of paracetamol at the same time or ideally an hour before as it stops the headache getting hold

Just reordered another lot on Numan as my subscription was paused and they sent me an e-mail saying 40% off so I unpaused it but it wouldn't let me also order Tadalafil at the same time as you need a different consultation, annoying but I guess it's ethical practice so fair enough

Anyway does anyone else find the Numan website a bit shit when trying to order / amend your dose / frequency etc, I tried to order by changing my order date but wasn't actually sure that i'd ordered until a day or two later when I got a dispatch notice

Lots of different things can affect performance, i've been taking the stuff for almost 2 years as a last resort as I was struggling a bit and actually thought i'd probably have to give the hobby up 
The fact that I only need 25mg tends to indicate there isn't much of an issue and I think some of the problem was performance anxiety, once you have a slight issue getting or staying hard it just gets worse and you carry that baggage into the next punt, wish i'd started taking them year ago but you live and learn eh

Ditto.  Although the medicines authority in the region of Surrey where I live dropped Tadalafil from it’s list, despite having it prescribed previously, so I buy it privately. But both my GP and my consultant are fully aware and happy to advocate it.

Many thanks for the info Doc.  I’ll check with my GP on this, although it won’t be for quite some time - a couple of the online pharmacies are now prescribing a six month supply, which I recently took advantage of with a 30% discount.

Just my view.

I tried cialis together recently. Here is my 2 experiences. Both sets of tablets purchased in the UK.

1st- trip to Spain took the tablets with me and took in day 1. Slight flushing but nowhere near what vargas gives me. Took about 3 hours before I really felt the full effect and I could get erect anytime I wanted. I took a tablet every other day and the effects were outstanding. I drank heavily on this trip as well.

2nd- back in England. Again same took a tablet every 2 days. Effects were good but not as good as when I tried it in Spain.

Hot climate may have been a factor.

If the results continue then I will stick with these. The side effects being much less is a big factor for me. I find diagram now very hit and miss.

The good thing with Cialis is that it can last up to 36 hours. I have taken it up to 12 hours pre-punt, for example at bedtime if I'm punting early morning. This ensures any side effects such as flushing have worn off.

As has been said many times though, all these drugs require sexual stimulation to achieve erection. They work well for me in my marital life but with WGs the anxiety can kick in and no matter how much I find the situation sexually exciting, I sometimes fail to maintain an erection.
