Sometimes, a text or a call are very difficult to do, we are not all in the same position - depends on your circumstances I guess - very difficult for me hence the Emails

no I understand completely FB, I’m usually in exactly your situation. She’ll not succeed and prosper as a SP with her current customer service ethos. Cos that’s you and me interested, but getting nowhere....

Edit: I just emailed her and got the following automated response:

I got a response asking when I wanted to see her after I text her for a meeting.
I gave her a time etc but no response since so either she is not good at communications or is inundated with requests.
