On 23 August 2015, I submitted an online booking to Diamond Escorts for a 1.5 hour date with Karina or Andreea for 5 September 2015.
The email I got in return told me that I had to check the website from 6 PM on that day to check availability and call the office to arrange.

Why have they got an online booking page on their website if they say that bookings should be made over the phone? What I think they should do is call me on 5 September to let me know what's happening about the advanced booking that I made.

Maybe haven't got round to changing their website yet to reflect their new procedures ?  Maybe just to piss people off or maybe just to collect an email address to send deal of the day?

Simply because wg's are often not organised enough to know when and what they are doing on a particular day. They are also often listed with multiple agencies under different names and prices and that doesn't help either!

What I think they should do is call me on 5 September to let me know what's happening about the advanced booking that I made.

I wouldn't rely on them doing what you think they should do, especially after they gave you instructions on exactly what to do or you will end up fucking Pamela instead.

Fuck em is my view, move on and deal an indie or an agency who is prepared to offer you service, no other service industry business would offer this piss poor service level and continue to trade, if I treated my customers in this way I'd be out of business in a month.
