Help with AdultWork settings to prevent them sending me external emails, please

Hi,

Maintaining the cloak and dagger sometimes seems like hard work!

How do you stop AW sending email notices to your non-AW email address when you receive an AW email from someone?

It is not a very active account, but I would rather not get any.  Recently checked it and found it full with them.  I can't find any preferences to set in AW to stop it.
