Adultwork how to make a reverse booking?

Hi I'm trying to make a reverse booking for the last hour. And I keep getting an error.

when I fill out all the details and I press ok it says "you cannot purchadr due to your vat setting."
I looked everywhere and cannot find it. I have sufficient amount of credit so thats  not the problem.
I hope some one can resolve this issue for me.

My guess is that you may not have the UK set as your home country, or possibly AW cannot recognise your location.

Go to "My details", then under "General Settings", click "VAT Country", and see if that gives you any clues.  They specifically mention that VPN can cause problems.

Grr was using the app. Now im using the website and its telling me to verify
I dont want to use my id and I do not wanna call my phone company to tell them to verify for 18 + service.
And the cc is no go sooo I need to scan my id and send it wtf why didnt they mention that when I was signing up. It t would of been easier to google escorts and book someone. Is there any way to get my paysafecard credit back?
