There's been another thread like this.  At least one other girl from that group has been spotted using a new profile that isn't part of the group.  Same thing happening, green light on etc but not replying to messages.  I doubt this one is any different.

Not being in that group doesn't stop them being PG scammers.

Correct she is in that group she's just not advertising it as anybody with half a brain is wise to them.
