IMHO, a great pair of naturals (my pref not too big (C max), not too small) in the shape you prefer (I love a teardrop) will always IMHO beat fake (esp. the ridiculously large ones like Natalie's) boobs.

I believe that women who think fake tits makes them more attractive to men are misguided, but I don't think that's the main reason they have them done anyway.
