Well, if you like handjobs and massages, then I'd go for a look through Gumtree for massages in your area. Most of them offer happy endings, and you can always call to check (most state they don't on adverts, to avoid them being deleted).

You need to choose the massage with care. Some give a crap massage then a rough wank at the end. Known as a 'rub and tug' sometimes. The better ones will slowly build up arousal right from the beginning and you'll feel like you are hitting the celing when they finally make you come.
