Tried booking with Mary twice - First time via text, but then she kept calling my mobile hours later. Today, finally managed to agree time and was sent the postcode. Got there, only to be told she’d forgotten and wait 5mins. Gave me directions to the house but wouldn’t give me a number (only “it’s a few doors down from [landmark]”). Then ignored calls, before I eventually gave up and left. Waste of an afternoon.
