I've been to one of the places like this in Basingstoke and called this one too. MO seems the same. Read my comments above as my first punt was with her and I don't think she was a great choice for that. She's more PSE than GFE, but if that's what you want (and I did as it happened) then just be as clear as you can about what is included at what price, directions and where to park, arrival time, keep your watch on to track progress, etc. Also, when you arrive, state that it's your first time early on - I would not necessarily tell her in advance, but don't do as I do and leave it until near the end; she thought I sounded confident on the phone so must have been an experienced punter.
