Just recently, with the quantity of profiles impacting on the quality, the 'profile builders' are raking it, it would seem. I know some girls are paying anything from £30 to £100 per day for 'Active' profiles.
This is what modern day pimps are all about I think. No comeback and certainly no stress over 'output '.

Yes they are and I have no idea why they don't. It could be that they're busy shagging? I must add that my recent discovery was with some Romanians and previously the Czech group have aired this and also the Polish group.
I'm not even sure most girls know that it's free (to an extent).

Makes good business sense, same as companies pay web designers and SEOs. They have the product but need others to create demand for it.

If it's £30/day and the WG gets one extra booking worth £100, that's a good ROI.

With the EE girls I doubt they are paying a nerd,its probably their pimp who is running a number of girls who does the profiles as part of the overall services they provide including muscle and accommodation etc.

Sounds about right to me. I'd say it's definitely the case for a many of the EE profiles but they are certainly not independent, others however do maintain their own profile without any help.

Would also explain why there are so many comments about prossies not offering services that appear on their profile.

Yup but I'm pretty certain that majority are 'independent' but are trapped in to the charge for business support function.

Saw a lovely Scottish girl a couple of times, sadly moved on.  Thanked her for some rather nice feedback.  She laughed and said that the 'website guy' put that on for her.

She went to explain that some bloke approached her on social media regarding escorting and now ran her AW profile and just gave her appointments when she wanted them.  She even drove herself.  Paid him £10 a booking.

Obviously with foreign girls who have not mastered written English yet they will have to work with others who will set up and maintain their profiles.

However, I have come across a few English ladies who you would have expected to do their own thing but instead paid others, sometimes men but also women, to do it. Often it is because they are part timers and do not have the time and would rather pay someone than spend time doing it themselves. One  lady I know uses this service as she has a full time job and shares a computer with her son so uses a third party to look after her profile to maintain discretion.
