In a word, no.
Most 'T-boosters' are usually a mish-mash of things that have very tenuous links to increased testosterone. If you're concerned with testosterone and having the horn as purely a matter of endocrinology (hormones) then you need to consider not just serum testosterone (the amount you produce) but also free testosterone and oestrogen balance. The body produces a protein called Sex Hormone Binding Globulin - it stops sex hormones (Test/Oest) attaching to receptor sites (this of the hormone as a car key and a receptor site as a car ignition, one meets the other and further processes occur). Body fat produces an enzyme called aromatase that converts testosterone into oestrogen which is why in some circles excess body fat is described as feminising males.
If you want to 'optimise' hormonal production then you can look to reduce bodyfat if it's above 20% (15% is about the sustainable ideal for males), supplement 2,000-5,000IU VitD3, use ZMA, get your Omega3s in (if you aren't getting these in your diet then you'd probably want to take around 4-6 1000mg O3 caps daily, see Bulkpowders) and look to add almonds, walnuts and mushrooms (these are high in things that promote male hormone production and are either naturally anti oestrogenic or inhibit aromatase)
Hope that isn't too nerdy and is somewhat helpful
