Without passing judgement on OP I’ll share an experience of mine..

It's when you say shit like the below that you come of as a creepy fucker which you don't seem to understand. Edit - oh and before I forget you've already said it's legit place and the first time was your first ever visit there. You've not said anything about this place offering any other services or extras so basically it's just a dick head move. While I don't understand the appeal (masochism?), there are other threads on waxing and HE, so it is a real thing.

The best method is probably to politely and discretely ask if hand relief is available for +£20 extra (similar as I've heard for masseuses unknown to provide extras). That will be a lot less creepy/cringe than having a hard-on and a one-liner, which might make her think you like her personally, or that you want a handjob or sex for free, or who knows what. So it's better to be clear and upfront about what you want, and that you'll pay extra for it.
