Yes they can but I'm going by experience going to school with a few, not what I've read or seen on tv they normally look nothing like her and plus they would not consider themselves latin. They look like native american Indians most of the time.

It sounds bollocks though doesn't it? If it were true, then she was intending to have the meal at the time Tarzan was supposed to have the initial appointment. Which she obviously wasn't. I think it more likely that she mentioned she was going out at 9.30 but Tarzan misunderstood her. Tarzans lack of English skills let him down. And lets not forget - he was the one running late and who caused the problem, not her. So why does she get the negative?

You should have noticed a red flag when she asked you to wait a further 30 mins.  I would wait no longer than 15 minutes for an SP unless I know them.

As most people will say they are south american or just say their country of origin, but I think he meant indigenous as in south american Indian almost like how Peruvians look.
