One of my pet hates when scouting on AW are SPs with long profile dissertations.. For example: External Link/Members Only, which, compared to some, isn't that long..

Why do the put so much stuff in there? I get that they want to make clear what will work and not work for them so thay the punter has a good punt, but surely, something shorter that says this is what we can expect from them, this is what they can expect from us, and this is what they expect from us...

I know there will be punters who get off on reading the essays, but I see it as a sign of conceit and just move onto the next one..

Do many of you bother reading all that bollocks?

(I haven't read that profile's text... I can't be arsed... will go to the next profile)

The even greater killer is putting it ALL IN CAPS like that. We find it easier to see words written like that because the eye recognises shapes.

My pet hate is all the fucking ASCII pics, they invariably look shit and just make your profile look like a picture sellers, fuck those people.

Haven't read through it recently, well actually never read all the way through. I do remember she used to sell bottles of piss among other things!

I think Kristina J must be up there with one of the longest profile pages. Whilst there are some cracking videos in there it does go on a bit.

Very nice pleasant friendly lady even though she almost broke my shoulder when I saw her.

I perceive those with long profiles as conceited and self-important... I guess some people like to hear their own voices and some like to read their own words... If I can't get the necessary info in the first couple of lines (well, maybe a few more), I am looking at the next SP in the list...

Some use the ascii shit to pad the profile so the likes list is visible I think

I find ASCII art pics a very useful tool when it comes to browsing profiles as it instantly tells me to avoid the SP. Used by Roms a lot.

Indeed, that's why I get asked stupid questions when I'm contacted, because many can't be bothered to read even a very short profile.

Yes, that is true.. just like in other industries.. The amount of calls I have had to inquire about something which is right at the top of the ad is incedible... But, I know if I wrote an ad a mile long, I would get far fewer (if any calls) and they all would be asking about anything that was stated in the ad.

I will be in a small minority on this, but I like a long profiles and am happy to sit and read them. As long as it isn't just drivel, the more information an escort can provide the better.

For example, to my mind, it is no good an escort stating that she likes roleplay, without giving some idea of scenarios/roles she enjoys and any costumes available. This provides something with which to work and a chance for some inspiration/originality.

However, long profiles do need to be properly organised (tabs, paragraphs, etc.) so that they can be easily navigated.
