The meeting was supposed to take place last week. I texted Annie my request for an appt. four days in advance & got a couple of very quick replies back, one agreeing to the proposed date & time (late afternoon) the second just a series of XXXX. At lunchtime on the day of the meeting I switched my punting phone on to see two more texts from Annie, one asking for confirmation that the meeting was still on and the second simply saying ‘cancelled’. I texted back immediately saying that I would still like the meeting to go ahead, this got no response. I sent a final text a couple of hours later agreeing the meet was now off & I’d make alternative arrangements. I got no response to this text either. I was a bit disappointed but fortunately Doncaster has plenty walk-in options. If Annie had asked for a confirmation on the morning of the appt. when I was making the booking she would certainly have got one. Future visitors to Annie might want to take note & send a confirmation to her on the morning of the appt. regardless of whether she asks for one or not. A plan B might not go amiss either!
In terms of rating I can’t go green & red seems harsh so it’s a grey from me.
