A good place in the old days was on British Rail where the carriages were made up of several compartments that were only accessible by one door per compartment (they were known as 'slam door' stock). Strange what youth will do. To my amazement I recall licking a girl's feet in Kensington gardens in broad daylight in around 1964 under the shade of a not very large bush (not hers unfortunately).
