Also she doesn’t work on the days When I would go.

She does reply but not very often and its just hard to make a booking!

Just how simple, or how pushing, is becoming very obvious.
How often do you want her to reply? Daily?
London to Stevenage is all of 30 minutes. Quite a trip I suppose if you're walking.
