Cannabidiol (CBD) is not psychoactive in any way as it contains 0% of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) which  is the main psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis. I'm not sure whether you'll get any medical benefits from CBD but you'll definitely get a "tingle", similar to a "Mint and Tea Tree" bodywash, which you'll either love or hate.
