Profile says Spanish. Maybe it's just her eyebrows that are Romanian 
If they are verified nationality is the one thing on AW they can't lie or fake.

I have met a couple of Romanians who claimed to be Spanish but the truth was that they only worked in Spain for a few years. Their Spanish is not bad but if you ask them a question that every true Spaniard would know eg culture, history of country, they haven't a clue. They are aware in many cases that posting 'Nationality Romanian' is generally perceived as negative.

Yep, Romanians can often speak good German, English and especially Italian (after all Latin is the root of both languages  )
Now, a Spaniard speaking good English and German? Unlikely , yep, most probably Romanian. If I called her, I would spot that immediately  , even from the English accent I could check whether she was Spanish...

It's a shame that quite a few Romanians and Hungarians take the hit for a generally perceived mercenary-like behaviour from their country-WGs, to the extent that they need to lie...
