Poor percentage of positives for May

Just perusing my local South East review board and I noted that there were 80 reviews in May.
44 were positive.
18 were negative
18 were neutral.
So the percentage for getting a good punt is 55%. That doesn't seen to be good odds to me and is indicative of the poor service level prossies provide in the South East.
I wonder what it is for other review boards.

i think the south east has very few contribution membesr on the ukp site which is surprising due the highest
number of wg.
