Tipping's not expected, there is no etiquette or protocol about it as it doesn't happen very much, except keeping it discrete (no huge over blown gifts).  Personally I wouldn't tip a lawyer who charged me £100/hour or the garage for fixing my car, but I would use them again if they were any good.

Yeah scarlette is OK but will not blow your mind. Probably OK for a first punt though considering the competition in Bristol... The other one has nice boobs but it also size 14  ( so probably 16 in reality), so quite "big" girl. I wouldn't pay 100 quid for a fat chick, you can get these for free normally.

Choosing Beth as a first punt is a great way of easing yourself in gently, no pun intended. Although I've not seen Scarlette, and have no plans to, she seems like too high maintenance.

I've seen Scarlette and would say she is very easygoing and chatty too. Very vanilla services offered though - as alexyfoot said she'll have more of an impact if you're new to the punting scene.

Don't tip, don't buy gifts - that is the sort of thing best reserved for regulars if at all. I know it can be hard to bear in mind on your first time but these women are not doing you a favour; it is their job. If you really enjoy your time with them you can 'reward' them by giving them repeat custom IE booking to see them again.

Scarlette is certainly attractive, but she has a reputation for poor communications and general unreliability.   You'd need a "Plan B" to fall back on.
