Caught these off an escort, no idea which one but from reading up I assume it was last 2-3 months. Always use a condom for sex but I like OWO, apparently you can catch them even with a condom.

Thankfully none on my dick but I've got about 5 around the base/groin area (which I guess was the area that touched the escorts warts), they are bright red and reasonably plump. I've got some "Warticon" to put on these which I've been using for a couple of days but the stuff is bright blue and stains like crazy. Hoping they go away soon and before the Mrs catches on  :(

Wondering what others' experiences are/have been with genital warts or this Warticon stuff. Was I just unlucky or is there something that can be done to reduce the chances of catching this shit (other than abstaining completely!)

looks like you need to keep the treatment up for four weeks, three days on, four off

Alternatively is to book a 15 / 30 minute and just play with boobs and jerk yourself off

Keep your pubes as a natural barrier if you’re a shaver.

Advice of a medical non internet professional would help you most though.  :hi:

Good luck  keeping it a secret from the missus.   :dash:   :bomb:  Do you have a cover story?

Re: the staining, perhaps use some micropore tape and light gauze?

My sympathies, but I would have  thought a trip to your GUM clinic essential. You can't know what you've got, and can't be sure of the treatment you need, without this.

Did you see the WG's warts when you were shagging her?

I’d get a confirmation from a GUM clinic first and then tell all the likely culprits.

Identification may not be easy "It can take between three weeks and 18 months after you’ve been in contact with the virus for any visible bumps to develop".

OP needs to reconsider the possibilities of who was responsible and who he may have infected.

You need to go to the GUM for professional advice.

The HPV vaccine Gardasil 9 vaccination is supposed to protect against the wart strain of HPV, the vaccine is expensive (circa £500), I'm about to have the 3rd and final injection of the course (price is for the 3 not each). Can be bought from participating Boots and Lloyd's Chemist.

Stuff like this and herpes worry me.  Even if you cover up you can still catch them.  Amazed I haven’t though after shagging hundreds of WGs.

Jeez here we go again.

HPV is an extremely complex subject. In terms of related genital warts, you must seek a professional 'in person' consultation for a definitive diagnosis. Individual variations in cases are enormous and that is reflected in treatment options. I assume the OP has done this and has been prescribed accordingly and hopefully hasn't used self diagnosis and an online pharmacy to obtain the Warticon?

As for name and shame, irrespective of site rules, the accuracy of the source (in particular the timescale) is like pissing in the wind.

In the case of warts, it is passed by skin to skin contact so a condom will only protect the area covered. It can be transmitted without the presence of visible warts. As a result nearly everyone who is sexually active especially over a long period of time will have been in contact with the virus ... often on multiple occasions. It is very contagious. What happens after contact is as I say widely variable and complex.

There is huge stigma (and associated myths) surrounding genital warts, way in excess of it's actual seriousness as a condition.

Pretty much this ^

The majority of sexually active adults will have contracted different strains of HPV in their sexual lifetimes. Some strains are more concerning with their association with cancers, but most are benign.

In terms of timing and identifying the source, the viruses can lie dormant only to be triggered by a period of less than optimal immune response, stress, etc So unless you've had a single sexual partner you'll never know.

Get the warts properly assessed and treated, and carry on as you were.

Probably caught them off the mrs  :sarcastic:

I had then a few years ago and went to the GUM clinic and they educated me.

I was ready to blame my g/f as I was faithful, however, you can carry it for months/years with no obvious signs of it and then hit a period of stress or illness and all of a sudden you have genital warts but have unknowingly always had HPV. I could have been carrying it from a previous relationship and so could she.

Lol @ some of the comments, thanks all. I wasn't looking for a diagnosis on here, I'm good thanks. Really just curious to hear of people's first hand experience where they've had them themselves and if they've used the warticon stuff (the potency of the blue dye in it is insane!! Get it on your skin and you look like "The Beast" from xmen I kid you not)

@ Dipper going forward I'll probably take up your advice and stop trimming down there, or at least only doing so minimally as I've read elsewhere too that pubes are a natural barrier (makes sense since it's passed on by skin to skin contact)

@ LLPunting I'm more worried about her finding the meds although they are well hidden. There's very little chance of her seeing me naked, why do you think I'm seeing escorts

@ horsa no mate otherwise I'd have been out of there in a flash

Offline boardyhell

20 years ago i had to go to harley street with my ex and see if i had genital warts
the test was sticking my dick in vinegar believe it or not
apparently then that was the test, no idea how the test was meant to work
perhaps my dick was meant to turn purple

Yeah, I’d say at least some kind of mound. Can’t see the point of going full baldy anymore. For one thing it takes more work and another is the fact it’s uncomfortable for a time, some would argue un natural.

May not even be legit warts. Water warts are very contagious, but a different virus.

go to gum clinic, ive got a skin tag or something on my groin, and the dr examined it and did try freezing it or some sort of test, and it didnt react like a wart.

but they can freeze them off, might take several treatments

Think Sainsburys Tescos etc might go off at the deep end if you are in the frozen aisle using bags of peas to try this, tackle out

So you have self diagnosed then?

I had an outbrake of genital warts about 15 years ago , diagnosed and treated by my local gum , they disappeared quite quickly and have never reappeared so im guessing they might break out when you first get the virus but so long as your arnt stressed or immunodeficient your own internal bodilily defences are able to suppress it in due course.
