You're a little too keen for HoD to survive.  If you keep harping on about how you would do whatever for them, your touting days will soon be over.  Whilst they may have some fun fillies, the girls' and the organisation's practices have been called out far too often for them to be considered worthy of any preferential support from UKP.
Long gone are the days of the flat in South Kensington, I've tried their sister businesses in MK and the flats scattered about London over the years since and once I'd had more bad punts with them than good ones I stopped using them.  That was several years ago and nothing reported since has encouraged me to lift that embargo.

Plus points:
1. They still price themselves fairly in relation to the competition. (just below agency prices but above indies)
2. The flats are easy to get to/close to public transport
3. The rooms and beds are good quality
4. Selection of girls is also fairly high
5. Most girls are well reviewed/good performers
6. The website has good photos and is pretty well designed.
7. From what I can gather the girls are happy working there and are well looked after
8. The receptionists are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to chat to

Negative:
1. They are so popular (up till now)that you have to book days in advance to get the girl you want
2. There's no obvious 'buffer' time between punters where the girl can shower/freshen up (or if a punt overshoots slightly)
3. Its a bit of a conveyor belt - Im not a fan of the fact 5/10mins can sometimes be shaved off your time (which is probably related to point number 2)

Overall though the positives outweigh the negatives and Id agree it would be a shame to see them go.
